The purpose of the Show and Sale is to encourage higher quality livestock and to provide a learning experience about feeding and showing livestock for the youth of Tarrant County, thus providing valuable training in sportsmanship, leadership, citizenship, self esteem and social skills.​Tarrant County Jr. Livestock Association is a non-profit 501(c)(3) committed to building the future through our youth.  We believe that hard work, determination and good sportsmanship follow our exhibitors throughout their lives.
